Locations · flat $900 travel

The Las Vegas monogram bar, logistics included

Vegas weddings run on spectacle, and a live station fits the city's DNA: something happening, right now, with your name on it. We bring the full Orange County operation to Nevada — presses, letter libraries, trained crew — for a flat $900 travel fee on top of standard pricing. No freight surprises, no per-mile math, one number.

What the flat fee actually buys

Everything you would otherwise be arranging yourself: equipment transport, crew travel, and the resort-specific paperwork Strip properties require. Vegas hotels have the most formal vendor processes we encounter anywhere — dock reservations, union coordination, COI thresholds — and our office runs that gauntlet with the hotel's events team directly. You get the same experience an Orange County couple gets: show up, get lettered.

Vegas books three formats hardest: the reception bar at Strip and off-Strip resorts, the bachelorette suite session before the weekend accelerates, and the welcome-night station that hands a mostly-flown-in guest list its weekend uniform on arrival.

Desert practicalities

Indoor Vegas venues are climate-perfect for pressing year-round. Outdoor desert estates in summer are a different story — we schedule outdoor stations for after sundown June through September, which happens to be when desert receptions are at their best anyway. Power is rarely an issue at resorts; estate weddings should loop us in with the generator vendor early, same one-circuit-per-press spec as everywhere else.

Book the date before the suite

Vegas dates cluster around fight weekends, festivals, and holiday blocks, and our travel calendar takes one Nevada booking per weekend. If a Vegas date is even half-decided, a no-commitment date check is worth doing first — it holds your weekend while the rest of the plan catches up. Full quote math lives on the pricing page.
